Drumroll please tribe, this is the yoga video I have been waiting for…. yoga to soothe + strengthen our knee pain.
And yes, I used the pronoun “I” because yet again, I created this video out of selfishness, but simultaneously knowing that many of us who experience knee discomfort/pain will also benefit. I love how that works, I identify a problem in my personal life, dive in to learn more about said problem, create a practice to help solve the problem, then get it to share it with you.
It’s such a beautiful thing this feedback loop!
